It operates through three segments: Proprietary Investment Management, Asset Management and Advisory Services, and Commercial Activities. The Proprietary Investment Management segment invests funds in securities and real estate. The Asset Management and Advisory Services segment engages in the discretionary and non-discretionary investment portfolio management; manages local and international investment funds and collective investment schemes; and provides advisory services. The Commercial Activities segment engages in the food business. The Securities House K.S.C.P. was incorporated in 1982 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
